Re: EV Thread
Yes heavy cars are proportionally squared less efficient in stop start conditions.
Re: EV Thread
Tragic, a butchered Renault Sport graphics!
Re: EV Thread
Tesla knocking them out at 24x£300 is not going to help existing owners but definitely the way I would be getting one now.

Re: Dogecoin etc
Anyone in for the SpaceX IPO?
I had a tickle via Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust after it tanked during covid, it's about 20% of the Trusts holdings now and probably a big contributor to its 100% return over the last 3 years.
They do seem to be more advanced than even developed countries ...

Even the MA1 engined 987.2 Boxster seem much more desirable and void of the M96/97 issues.

Re: Graphical upgrades
He seems to think the 16gb graphics cards are physically bigger and won't fit the case. It also only has a 400w power supply so will be doubling+ the spend to get 16gb vram and a suitable power supply over what was above.
I think any more £s he may as well sell what he has and start again lol

I'm clueless on this so have some patience.
My son wants to upgrade his PC and learn a bit about how these things work. He's looked a bit on YouTube but seems stuck on whether his PC is new enough to be upgradeable!

This was a good watch and reaffirms just how financially ruinous these old performance cars can be. Especially when German.
But I was amazed at Audi's dire parts support for these older cars. Barely anything available for a car less than 20 years ...

I don't think I can get in an Elise with the roof on and barely with the roof off, they are tiny!
I'm sure I'm quite a bit bigger than you at 6'1 and 22 stone and can't get comfortable in cars like that with a fixed fairly low steering wheel placement.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. FPtP needs to go, it is designed to maintain the status quo, doesn't allow for diversity of thought, enforces voter apathy, and is not a fair voting system.

Phew just in the nick of ...
Re: Which M3?
