Re: Motorway Mile Munchers

It must be the mobile network, can't see there's anything else they can use at a reasonable cost. I would ask about the 3G (could in theory be 2G). I’ll have to ask. If it is just a matter of transmitting the GPS coordinates every couple of minutes then the data volume is tiny and I guess it could ...

Re: Menopause is now a disability (UK)

The range of "when it hits" is wide. Early menopause can hit in the early twenties, but from memory (of the training session at work) for most of starts in the mid-40s.

Re: Your fleet running reports

Maybe it is as @jamcg says, a nod to the cars intended purpose.

Edit: or recognition of who normally buys them new, and the extra money that can be extracted from them.

Re: Motorway Mile Munchers

Maybe a dumb question - how do trackers work, do they use the mobile phone network ? I’ve never had one. Now that I’ve set up all the accounts you need, RR have sent me an email about renewing the tracker subscription. It actually still has a month to run, I didn’t realise when I bought it, that wo...

Re: Your fleet running reports

Would it have been an option or part of an extended leather (or similar) package? Does sound a bit stingy given what it would have cost new.

Re: Your fleet running reports

Can the facelift nav unit be retrofitted to yours? Would presumably solve the 3G issue (assuming the modem isn't external to the unit), and improving the tech.

So you intended to order that donkey dildo
Is that one intended for a donkey or shaped like a donkey's?
shaped like a donkey.
That sounds like it'll be rather painful in use.

Re: Drunk Purchases

Must admit, I've used booze to Put My Big Boy Pants On and make big purchases, but those were purchases that I'd already decided to make and was just fear't of pulling the trigger on them. I don't think I've ever accidentally drunk-purchased anything in my life. Clearly I'm missing out on the surpr...

Re: Puzzle

Spoiler
I can't see how that can be determined. We don't know Anne's marital status, and you can guess or assume all the things that we're not told, you don't know. I'm sure someone will shortly tell me why I'm wrong.

@16vCento the dog mane is the standout item on your list! The others you can sort it come up with justification for, but that one just screams alcohol diminished mental facilities.

I'm guessing you wouldn't buy it if it didn't need a bit of spannering. So, just a broken one?

Drunk Purchases

My wife admitted to a bit of drunk shopping over the weekend. Her drunk purchases (hold on to your hats) consisted of: 1) a small watermelon 2) a (very) small piece of French soft cheese Both had been recklessly added to our food delivery, and promptly forgotten about until I asked about them this m...

Shouldn't that be "drivies" (to coin a phrase)? It is a car with wheels, not legs/feet.
